MULTIPLE

I believe that the mark of true frugality is not only buying cheap but buying what will give you the most out of your money. I remember buying a single serve blender from a popular online shop that sells a range of items for cheap prices. Got to use it for 5 power breakfasts straight and then never again. Not my choice though. It was the blender’s choice. So, I ended up having to buy a second blender from the mall. Pricier than the first one but it lasted even after I stopped trying to eat healthy meals. I never bought appliances from that website ever again, by the way.

One way to truly get the most out of your money is to get creative with what you currently have. Remember last time I wore a skirt as a top? That’s what I’m talking about. You can also use your large scarves as a tube top or a belt, fold up long pants to make it cropped, get a stool that can double as a side table, a knife for your carrots and potatoes could also be for someone’s back. Maybe not that last one, but you see? The possibilities are endless!

Or if your creative juices are dried up you can just buy things that are labeled multi-way like that cutting and slicing set for your produce that supposedly has 14 different functions, but you end up using it once and then stash it in the lowest drawer for nobody to find. Pants that zip off and transform into shorts are also still out there (although I do not recommend making an embarrassment of yourself). If you don’t belong to the 1% that wears shants, then you’d probably be interested in a fancy belt bag and strap in around your waist today, leave the belt tomorrow and use as a clutch, or just leave all your valuables at home and just use the belt. It works in many ways.
